A small kitchen with a long horizon.
Father Field is the kitchen our family always dreamed of.
We opened our doors in a quiet corner of Nusa Penida with one belief: good food begins long before the plate. It begins in the soil, in the boats coming back at dawn, in the hands of the farmer who picks your basil that same morning.
Our kitchen is rooted in Italian technique — slow-fermented doughs, fresh pasta rolled by hand, sauces simmered without shortcuts. But the soul of every dish is Balinese: warm, generous, and unhurried.
Whether you arrive for breakfast after a sunrise swim, drop in for an espresso between viewpoints, or settle in for a long dinner under the lanterns — we want you to feel at home.

Four quiet promises.
Fresh, every day
Our market run starts at sunrise. If it isn't beautiful that morning, it doesn't make the menu.
Homemade, always
Pasta, sauces, breads, sorbets — made in-house from scratch. No shortcuts, no fillers.
Vegan, no compromise
A full plant-based menu treated with the same care and craft as everything else we serve.
Balinese at heart
Local team, local farmers, local stories — woven into every detail of your evening.
